Snow Problem

With wind chill of twenty below,
no wonderland, winter is woe
The streets become icy
and driving gets dicey,
the bustle becoming slo-mo

Now that was a blizzard. Extremely high winds and something crazy I don't recall seeing before: "thunder snow."
